Corrugated steel pipe culvert,acted as a new type of culvert structure,has been gradually applied in highway engineering in our country.It shows more prominent advantages especially in the poor geological conditions of terrain.The size of the corrugated steel pipe culvert inner wall strain and strain distribution law directly decides the culvert safety and reliability during application.Therefore,the research centered on the inner wall of the corrugated steel pipe culvert strain distribution law and strain changing law with the change of vehicle load has great important significance,which can provide some technical support for the structural optimization of steel corrugated pipe culvert and standardize the construction.Nowadays,the research about the strain law of the inner wall of corrugated steel pipe culvert of skew low-filled large diameter has not been reported.In this paper,based on the actual engineering to carry out field test research,combined with the field test results,the establishment of finite element full-scale numerical model,systematically analyzed the impact of the corrugated steel pipe culvert inner wall strain from the skew angle,pipe top filling height and diameter,and finally came to the relevant laws.The field test results show that the strain of the inner wall of corrugated steel pipe culvert increases with the increase of filling height,while the strain increment gradually slows down.With the change of filling height and vehicle load position,the strain increment at 30°,600°of peritubular and 180° of socle is bigger relatively.The simulation results show that:the tangential compressive strain of the crest of inner wall located at the skew low fill large diameter corrugated steel pipe culvert presented increase law from the top and bottom of pipe towards the side of pipe.The tangential compressive strain of the trough shows the increase law from the top to bottom of the pipe.In addition to the crests 0 ° and 180 °,when other conditions remained at the inner wall of corrugated steel pipe culvert,the compressive strain shows little increase law with the increase of skew angle,the compressive strain shows larger increase law with the increase of filling height and diameter of pipe. |
