| With the development of our highway construction,the level of highway improves gradually,the miles extend continuously,and the number of bridge engineering increases sharply.Traditional bridge structure are easy to appear the bridge bump and a series of structural damage problems caused by the uneven sink has been serious influence the road performance;The adoption of new material type and new structure is one way to solve these problems;One of the most representative new form is corrugated steel culvert,with the existence of axial ripple,it can not only adapt to the foundation deformation better,but also disperse stress better,so it is widely used in the highway engineering in our country.The earth pressure around the corrugated steel culvert has a great influence on the structure,but the research about it is less in our country,the study on skew low-filled and large diameter corrugated steel culvert earth pressure remains a blank.The thesis makes a systematic analysis of corrugated steel culvert earth pressure,by the combination of three adverse factors:skew,low-filled and large diameter.It bases on the investigation and study about corrugated steel culvert earth pressure calculation method and theoretical results at home and abroad,relies on the domestic first engineering(the highway between Ji’nan and Qimen<section from Anhui Huainan to Hefei>)which combine three adverse factors:skew,low-filled and large diameter,make a field test plan of stress tests on the basis of the actual working condition,sorts and analysis the field tests.To make a finite element numerical simulation for the three actual working condition of the scene corrugated steel culvert,comparing with the test results,demonstrating the rationality of the calculation model;Finally,it summarizes the law of the earth pressure distribution by the establishment of series reasonable culvert model with different oblique angle,filling height,aperture size.This will serve as a reference for the design and construction of steel corrugated pipe culvert.It is known from the field test:During the process of filling from the top of the pipe to the roadbed,the changes of earth pressure on and outside the pipe at each test location,can be divided into two stages:The first stage is the embankment height from top to 2.5m(half aperture),the earth pressure around the pipe increase slightly;The second stage is the embankment height from 2.5m to the roadbed,it increases obviously;After the completion of the roadbed filling,under the working condition of vehicle load,the change of the earth pressure around the pipe from big to small is:parallel,in line,to drive,along the pipe axis;It is known from the finite element numerical simulation:when the skew is less than 75°,the earth pressure around the pipe changes slightly,with the increase of skew,it decreases sharply,and the lateral earth pressure of pipe increases as the angle increases.Earth pressure around the pipe changes periodically with the increase of filling height.For small diameter,it decreases with the increase of diameter;for large,it increases,but when the aperture is 6 m it decreases. |
