In recent years,with the rapid development of China's aviation industry,many requirements in the fields of tourism,transportation,military and logistics have led to an increasing number of airports in mountainous areas.Because of cutting hills to backfill ditches and excavation blasting during the construction of these airports,various forms of large fill bodies have come into being.During the construction of Airport,a large filling body with a height of 115.8 meters has been completed.The formation of high fill in airport brings new engineering problems and theoretical innovations.The filling quality control of complex filling materials and the monitoring and prediction of large slope settlement become the two important directions of the study on high fill in airport.This paper aims at the theoretical and technical problems involved in the data analysis of construction and settlement of airport high fill in mountainous area.By the approaches of the test of physical and mechanical properties of fillers,mining of block statistical rules,classification of filling quality assurance measures,blasting parameter optimization,spatial analysis of GIS quality data,theoretical study on prediction method of post construction settlement and monitoring,forecasting and warning system software development,thhe following researches have been carried out:(1)Study on the filler definition and physical characteristics of filling body.Through the comparative study of the existing codes,the grading data of the filler in the field and the analysis of the particle size of the packed skeleton,the high fill earth materials of Airport are standardized named in terms of material composition and filling methods.By the basic physical and mechanical parameters test on the soil and rock excavation zone,the mechanical characteristics of soil and rock are obtained.(2)Boulder distribution law mining and block statistics based on image analysis.Large number of large stone is an important feature of the filling layer of Airport,which is different from the ordinary filling,so the distribution law of the maximum particle size is studied.As for the disadvantages of manual block statistics,by means of random intercept method and single image method,automatic block statistics are realized.(3)Filling quality control index and classification of measures and optimization of packing block.By the classification study on the quality control indexes of filling body and comparing the similarities and differences of different indexes,the reasonable and applicable control standards are put forward.At the construction site,the rock fragmentation is optimized by improving the blasting parameters and the quality of the packing is improved.(4)Three dimensional time and space analysis of filling quality data.The value exploration method of spatial point data is analyzed and three dimensional spatio-temporal analysis of dry density and water content was carried out by ArcMap and ArcSence.The results of analysis reflects the regularity relation between filling construction and climate condition and filling quality data.(5)Theoretical study on monitoring and prediction method of post construction settlement.A lot of valuable displacement data are obtained by monitoring the fill slope,filling the internal monitoring and monitoring the surface subsidence.From the aspects of prediction principle,calculation method,data requirement,output mode and limitation,the main methods of prediction of post construction settlement are compared and analyzed.(6)Analysis and prediction comparison of post construction settlement monitoring data.By studying the data of settlement after construction,the regularity of slope swelling and rainfall drop is found.Through BP neural network prediction,the later settlement is predicted,and good prediction results are obtained.(7)Development of monitoring,management and prediction and early warning system for high fill settlement.Through the study on the demand analysis of monitoring and management of high filling post construction settlement and based on ArcGIS Engine 10.2 platform,the monitoring and warning system of high embankment settlement in Airport was developed by using C#programming language.
