Since the reform and opening up,China’s transportation industry has developed vigorously,the road network has been constantly improved,and the construction of expressways has penetrated into every corner of the country.It has brought the call of the national leaders and the rapid development of the economy to send warmth and hope to the people of all regions.Road is the artery of economic development,which is particularly important for the area with complex terrain and underdeveloped traffic.The terrain and geology of such areas are relatively complex,and there are a large number of high filling and deep excavation and filling excavation junctions,which greatly tests the construction technology and design level.Based on the scientific and technological project "Research on deformation law and design standard of high fill subgrade of Mountainous Expressway in Guizhou Province",this paper focuses on the high fill embankment engineering of mountain expressway in Guizhou Province,and based on the investigation of the current situation of high fill subgrade filled with earth rock mixture in Guizhou Province,In this paper,the soil rock mixture of high fill embankment section of Puxing Expressway in Guizhou Province is studied.According to the engineering properties of typical earth rock mixture in Guizhou Province,the composition and gradation of filling,the compaction degree of filling,the filling height and CBR value of filling material,the settlement law of high fill embankment under different conditions is studied by using the large-scale finite element software ABAQUS.The main research results are as follows:The natural geological conditions,road operation,field investigation results,construction quality control standard,cross-section design,monitoring process,index and control mode of high fill embankment are studied.The main ideas of subgrade design and construction in the practice of high fill embankment engineering are obtained,which plays a guiding role for later experimental research.This paper studies the basic principle of high fill subgrade settlement,compares several main calculation methods of current subgrade settlement,and summarizes the influence of soil consolidation on embankment settlement,and obtains the general law of settlement deformation of high fill embankment,and puts forward the main influencing factors of high fill subgrade settlement combined with practical engineering.By using the method of numerical simulation test,combined with practical engineering,the high fill embankment model is established,and the settlement mechanism of high fill embankment is studied.The influence of engineering properties of high fill embankment,filler composition and gradation,filling compactness,embankment filling height and filling CBR value on settlement of high fill embankment are studied by control variable method.Through the combination of subgrade settlement theory,practical engineering investigation and numerical analysis results,the settlement law of high fill embankment under different filling engineering properties,filler composition gradation,filling compaction,embankment filling height,filling CBR value and other factors are obtained,and their influence on the settlement of high fill embankment is analyzed and evaluated.From the aspects of foundation investigation,foundation treatment,drainage facilities,construction and design control,the settlement control strategy of high fill embankment is proposed.
