Cuplok formwork support system is a kind of temporary structure in engineering construction,which has the characteristics of complexity,variability,randomness and difficulty in control.In recent years,the security incidents associated with the collapse of formwork support holds a large proportion in the total frequency of safety accidents in construction projects.Thus how to ensure the overall stability of cuplok formwork support system has become one of the most important subjects.Based on the existing research,this paper made a further discussion and analysis of the overall stability of cuplok formwork support and its influence factors through the establishment of finite element models by ANSYS.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)This paper simplified the formwork support to calculation diagram of continuous press pole with some spring bearings,which was reasonable to calculate the bearing capacity of support.Considering the effects on the stability bearing capacity of the factors,which include bridging,bottom horizontal tube height,apical extension length,as well as frame height,the theoretical formula was reasonably modified.(2)The value of spring stiffness in the theory of continuous press pole depended on two aspects of the structural and material properties in the cuplok joint.And the value of spring stiffness should take the smaller one safely.(3)The simi-rigid finite element models of support were established to analyze the influence of factors on the bearing capacity.The bearing capacity of support decreased with the increase of the bottom horizontal tube height and apical extension length.The influence of initial imperfection on the bearing capacity could be equivalent to the notional lateral load acting on the nodes reasonably.Reducing the step distance colud improve the bearing capacity of the support,and further put forward the correction factors of the calculation length of vertical pole.The corner had the greatest influence on the bearing capacity,and the edge was the second,and the middle was the minimum.(4)Through the finite element models under 15 conditions,this paper analyzed the relationship between the configuration rate of diagonal bars and the bearing capacity of support.When the frame parameters were the same,the effect of bridging was changing along with its configuration rate and erection.And when the erection of bridging conformed to the specification requirements,the stability bearing capacity of support increased with the increase of the configuration rate of diagonal bars.
