With the improvement of the economic level of our country and people’s aesthetic idea, tall, heavy concrete structure often occurs, then the template support system because of its relatively simple structure, strong applicability, relatively low cost which is widely used, but tall, overloading formwork supporting frame construction quality and safety is not guaranteed. The construction safety didn’t get enough attention for a long time, although the formwork support is a kind of temporary works, but it plays a very important role. In many cases, however, in order to convenient for construction, construction personnel rely on experience to build, and waste material recycling old, resulting in the stable bearing capacity is insufficient, so that many accidents happened, and cause serious threat to the lives and property of the construction personnel. How to improve the construction quality and safety of formwork support system is a new topic. Although there are many scholars in recent years have carried on the long-term research and exploration, but the existing calculation methods only consider the single pole of a single and is not put forward calculation method for big template support overall stress. In this paper, on the basis of predecessors’ study of formwork supports research tall overloading the bearing capacity of the formwork support, and specific work is as follows:1. Analyzed the template support system collapse, sums up the causes of the accident and the construction experience and research achievements of formwork support at home and abroad, provide methods and ideas for later study.2. Through the theoretical calculation study summarizes the calculation of the bearing capacity of a variety of formwork support frame and the different calculation methods are compared and recognize the various templates support stands the characteristics of the theoretical calculation.3. The tall overloading formwork supporting frame model is set up, using the finite element analysis method, rigid and semi-rigid nodes are simulated respectively the deformation and bearing capacity of supporting frame and through analysis and comparison the semi-rigid nodes more in line with the engineering practice.4. Through the study of the finite element buckling analysis of formwork support frame model, research the length of the stud out of the top, sweep the floor bar height from the ground, formwork support frame set-up and horizontal load of the several factors that affect the bearing capacity of formwork support frame. Through the research found some regularity.5. By introducing tall, heavy formwork support frame engineering, a comprehensive explanation of formwork support frame in the process of building, summarizes some formwork support frame the construction method and experience for building the safe and stable support frame provides a realistic basis.Analysis different set-up, big template support force, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each model, so as to draw some beneficial to improve the bearing capacity of law.
