The basis form of Project Qigihar high tech Zone Technology R&D center is Mass Concrete Raft-Foundation. When our company won the bid of the project, Control of Construction Crack of Mass Concrete Raft-Foundation become a primary subject. Based in a large number of domestic and foreign references, this paper studied the control of construction crack of mass concrete raft foundation.Mass Concrete Raft-Foundation is widely used in high-rise buildings recent years, If do not control the qualified, it may appear cracks in construction. The cracks can be divided into surface cracks and through cracks. After it cracks, leakage, corrosion, corrosion of concrete, reduce the strength of the concrete, thereby affecting the use of the building function and durability. Therefore, the large volume concrete crack control must be considered in the construction.The raft board mass concrete construction crack control system conducted in-depth research, the concrete work includes the following aspects:(1) In this paper, based on a large amount of references, summarized the classification, the crack of the large volume concrete of raft foundation mechanism and control measures, summed up the surface shrinkage crack, temperature crack control measures. According to previous experience, crack adopts in Qigihar high tech Zone Technology R&D center project in the raft board control measures proposed.(2) The application of finite element software, simulation and analysis of temperature raft concrete interior, the development trend of the temperature model and the distribution of temperature field, temperature control measures for special.(3) The engineering characteristics, references, the simulation results for the project, the raft board mass concrete foundation construction plan.(4) To monitor the temperature development of concrete internal construction, and the monitoring data were analyzed. Including the compared with the simulation model, comparison of temperature curve with the specification limits, as well as the improvement of construction measures numerical deviation.
