With the widely extensive application of massive concrete in construction project, to understand the distribution of temperature fields and thermal stress and grasp the cracking mechanisms is becoming more and more important. But in the current study on massive concrete typically plain concrete material is considered without considering the role of reinforcement, which will led to the difference of analysis and the situation.First, this article introduces the types, causes and hazards of raft foundation’s crack, analysis the factors of raft foundation’s crack from various aspects, concludes that non-load factors are the main reason for raft foundation’s crack. Second, the thermodynamic principle of concrete and FEM analysis methods of temperature and stress field are analyzed in detail. Then an engineering example is specially analyzed using finite element program ANSYS, it gives the change regularity of the temperature and stress field, analyzes the change reasons. In order to determine the reasonable and effective measures for temperature control measures, it provides certain decision-making basis, summarizes some engineering measures to control the temperature stress and prevent the structure crack. Through the analysis on temperature and stress field of reinforcement concrete, we learn that thermal properties such as thermal conductivity, specific heat are improved after reinforcement. Steel bar not only change the thermal performance but also the mechanical properties of concrete. In this paper, we make specific calculation and analysis to the temperature crack resistance mechanism and summarize the reinforcement principle of mass concrete crack control from the angle of the reinforcement mechanics performance of concrete to be changed.Analysis showed that has a considerable impact on the stress and the cracking resistance of the entire mass concrete entire structure. It is very necessary to attention the beneficial effect of reinforce bar in the temperature control of mass concrete cracks.
