With the development of science and technology and the increasingly high-rise building, the mass concrete structure has been applied to the engineering practice, for example the raft-foundation of the structure and the Hydropower dam. Due to the complexity environment 、 geology and the conditions of engineering, the volume of concrete is more larger, the cement will produce more heat energy and the energy is uneven. The mass concrete raft-foundation is often cracked by the temperature crack. The safety of the structure will be endangered by the temperature crack. With the temperature and thermal stress fields analysis, the temperature control and crack control measures of the mass concrete structure are both important study subjects in the design and construction, and the study on simulation calculations of the mass concrete structure temperature field and thermal stress field will produce great practical significance.The raft-foundation temperature was measured in this article. We developed a good the plan of field monitoring and measured the temperature of the concrete.According to the temperature, we adjust the heat preservation measures of their surface. Through theoretical calculation, we worked out the elastic modulus of concrete under the different age, surface tensile stress and the anti-cracking coefficient of concrete, etc. It can provide the basis for site construction. This plan is careful and concise also it can provide a strong maneuverability. In the future, it will be adopted by the actual measurement.The scale model of mass concrete raft-foundation is studied by the method of simulation analysis in this article. Through contrast of scale model test and simulation analysis, the scale model test which is used in the study of massconcrete is feasible. The results are basically consistent. It suggests that, the measured data is accurate and reliable and this method is appropriate.All in all, the temperature crack theory of mass concrete has provided by comprehensive practice experience in this article.
