| In recent years,the coal industry overcapacity slowed down and the contradiction between China’s consumption growth highlights the power equipment market increasingly fierce competition,the focus of competition is efficient,clean,short delivery equipment for power equipment enterprises has brought severe challenges and new opportunities.The old mode of production at the core of steam turbine manufacturing enterprise often results in the delay of project delivery.In order to meet the individual needs of users,a project oriented manufacturing model based on just unfolding manufacturing orders,put forward higher requirements for project manufacture mode of power plant equipment manufacturing enterprise project management.In order to effectively control the project schedule,this thesis draws on the mature theories and methods of construction,ship and space project management.Based on a review of the project plan and control theory,in-depth analysis of the characteristics of steam turbine plant tissue products and projects,proposed BSTG turbine project schedule constraints.According to the two dimensions of the process and delivery results,the work structure of the project is decomposed according to the process and delivery results,and the WBS diagram is given.Based on the current organizational structure of BSTG,build the power station steam turbine building balance matrix project organization,drawing work responsibility matrix.According to the working logic and resource allocation,the thesis determines the relationship between the work packages,using the method of analogy and expert judgment to determine the working period,and with the software to draw the project schedule.Focusing on the critical path of the project,the method of adjusting the resources from the non critical process to the critical path,and adjusting the working relationship,to optimize the project schedule,shorten the construction period to the target range.In the construction schedule control of steam turbine,two control measures are pointed out.Discussed before the implementation of the project to improve the management system,optimize the schedule control process,establish the information feedback mechanism;the implementation process should focus on strengthening the actual progress of data collection,key tasks and steps,improve internal and external communication and coordination ability,strict project quality.This thesis based on the project of construction project contract orders,the BSTG export to Thailand TPI power plant turbine manufacturing project as an example,the use of project schedule and control theory,resource constraints in certain conditions and within a reasonable time,the duration of the project management,constantly sum up power plant construction project management experience,will achieve the project delivered on schedule,meet user requirements,improve BSTG market reputation. |
