A Study Of Materials Influencing Factors Of Highway Engineering Test Detection

In China’s highway construction,the test dection is an important part of road construction and maintenance management,it is integral to the quality control and also a main process of highway engineering evaluation,inspection and acceptance.In recent years,the project scrapped due to substandard quality of the structure,the reasons of producing quality accident are many-sided,but the trace of materials are obviously in the engineering quality problems.There are many influencing factors of the test dection,it is difficult to control the quality completely.This thesis are based on the background of highway engineering test detection,mainly talks about the main materials in highway engineering,through analysis of these indicators and methods in the process of test detection,propose appropriate management options.Firstly,this thesis study on the management of materials test detection,and the highway engineering testing model,concept and other related contents,introduction to the content of engineering materials.It is the foundation of the influence factors of highway engineering test detectinon to analysis the management system and 4M1E(human,machine,material,method,environment).Through literature review,expert analysis and personal investigation of enterprises,obtained the influencing factors in the test detection,through the analysis of these three aspects of influencing factors,obtained the final indicator.Using analytic hierarchy process to analysis the influencing factors,obtained the relative importance of each indicator,and then we got the impact of influencing factors by comparing relative importance indicators,and the management scheme to be taken during the process of test detection.Finally,according to the case study,and the research on the influencing factors of cement,it leads to a conclusion that based on the comprehensive management,the important factors should be controlled according to the characteristics of specific project parameters.Combining practical experience of the material test detection,the futther study was given about the materials influencing factors,which plays an important role to improve the quality of test detection.
