The Research Of Foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation Area Planning

The protection of the cultural space of intangible cultural heritage has been an academic topic in the field of heritage nowadays.In such situation,China establishes national and provincial Cultural Ecology Preservation Area from the perspective of the holistic and living preservation of intangible cultural heritage.To use the experience of similar foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning as reference,this thesis regards the planning of cultural space such as Ecomuseum,Cultural Route and National Heritage Area which is similar to the concept of Cultural Ecology Preservation Area of China as the study object and names them as foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation Area.Ecomuseum,Cultural Route and National Heritage Area represent three kinds of foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation with the morphotype which is punctate,linear and planar respectively.In this thesis,it is mainly applied the method combining the theoretical analysis and empirical study,the method of generalization and summarization and the method of qualitative analysis and comparative study.Through these methods,this paper retrospects the relationship between the temporal development in the vertical side and spatial development in the transverse side of foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning.It is systematically summarized the theory,methodology,content and tendency of foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation.In the end,it discusses the illumination of the experience of foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning which can be brought to China.The process of discussion of this thesis is divided into four parts,including:The part of the theory of Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning generalizes the theory of the punctate,linear and planar foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning based on different spatial morphotype.Though the process of contrastive analysis in the vertical side,it expounds the theory origin,theory progression and theory characteristics of the planning based on the different spatial morphotype in detail.The part of the methodology of Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning analyzed the methodology of foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning based on different spatial morphotype detailedly.What's more,it extracted planning method models,and pointed out the technological means of the method.The part of the content of Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning summarized the content of foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning based on different spatial morphotype from the aspects of protection,inheritance,and development,namely heritage conversation planning,community empowerment planning and economic development planning.The part of the tendency and illumination of Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning,concluded the tendency of foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning,and above all,by taking the lessons of the experience of foreign Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning,it proposes that the Cultural Ecology Preservation Area planning in China can get enlightenment from the level of planning theory,planning methodology,planning technology and planning content.
