Research On Renovation Of Traditional Dwellings In Jingning Area

Traditional dwellings as the product of human adapt to natural environment and combined with daily life,has formed a unique living environment and system.It reflects the harmonious way between human and nature,and embodies the local folk customs.At the same time,traditional dwellings has a unique,long historical and cultural connotation.It's a important carrier of local time spirit,regional cultural and historical characteristics,is the precious and non-renewable material and spiritual wealth,and also a rear treasure of Chinese classical civilization treasure house.In Jingning area,traditional dwellings are facing the impact of modern civilization and life style.Villagers need to improve living environment quality and change existing living mode urgently.These reasons also raise a large number of traditional dwellings renewal,reconstruction and newly build by villagers.Due to the lack of professional guidance,coupled with the improper update mode,leading to the harmonious and comfortable living atmosphere in traditional villages is broken.In traditional dwellings,the components built by local materials,such as wood structure,rammed earth wall and slope roof have been gradually replaced by modern materials such as steel and concrete,which caused destructive damage in the process of traditional houses reconstruction.This paper based on the investigation of 24 traditional villages in Jingning area,and summarized the present situation of the buildings,combined with the influence factor of relevant policies,economic development,society and culture,innovation of technology and materials,summed up the strategies and methods of traditional dwellings renovation.In order to make the renovation process can inherit the traditional villages feature and improve the quality of the villagers' life,meet their basic needs at the same time.This paper is divided into five chapter.The first chapter is the introduction,which puts forward the purpose and significance of the paper,and through the analysis of domestic and foreign cases,illustrates the purpose and direction of the research.The second chapter researches the characteristics in generation environment and architectural features of the traditional houses in Jingning area,and reevaluates the value of the dwellings.The third chapter combined with the investigation results of 24 villages in Jingning area,analyses its present situation,and puts forward the problems in the renovation of local traditional dwellings.In the fourth chapter explores the influence of factors such as local policy,economy,society and culture,technology and materials in the renovation of traditional dwellings.The fifth chapter puts forward the renovation principle,and proposes specific strategies and methods in the process of traditional dwellings renovation in Jingning area based on above principles.
