The target of production and operation is production management with low input and high output to minimize the resource and operating cost.Because the workshop production is the central part of the manufacturing enterprises,to optimize the workshop production is to improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.The enterprise is in the process of an important strategic transformation,its problem is to produce high-quality electrical machine quickly,to arrange manufacturing line reasonably and to ensure the production is smoothly.Focusing on the production line of pole core of this company's electrical machine part,this paper takes system analysis method combined quantitative and qualitative methods,and uses the method of workshop data collection and technical analysis to collect the production process and parameters reasonably.This paper uses Petri Nets to build the model of production line in order to get the overall working process clearly.The focal point is to simulate and optimize the model with Flexsim,analyzing the accumulation state of the temporary storage area and the working state of each process,to find the bottlenecks which are process of drilling and milling and process of wire cut electrical discharge.According to the two aspects of production process optimization and production capacity balance,this paper designs the optimization plans by using IE principles of ECRSI,simulates and analyzes the results again.The research compares the relevant data of the production line improved before and after,chooses the optimization plan which is to add 2 gantry millings and 1 wire cut electrical discharge machining(WEDM),which makes the smoothness index decrease from 570.29 to 135.93 and the balance rate increase from 28.13% to 60.4%.The optimization result shows that the production line achieves the goal of shortening the bottleneck time and improving the production efficiency.This paper chooses Petri Nets to build model to show the system structure intuitively,and chooses Flexsim to simulate to provide reliable basis,which provides a reference for the optimization of production workshop,and the related research methods and conclusions also have reference value on the other similar mechanical processing production line.
