With the development of China's water conservancy,hydropower buildings gradually tend to large-scale,large-scale.During the operation period,the structural health of hydraulic structures has been paid more and more attention.The traditional security monitoring and management work has been unable to meet the current requirements of scientific and technological development.In order to comprehensively enhance the safety monitoring of hydraulic structures and improve the efficiency of management,it is necessary to develop new monitoring and management system for water conservancy project safety monitoring project to facilitate the monitoring and early warning of water structure health and timely and accurate grasp of operation period The health of the structure of the hydraulic structure,the effective response to the sudden situation,to ensure the normal operation of water conservancy projects.In order to solve the problems existing in the safety monitoring and management of traditional water conservancy projects,this paper deeply studies and analyzes the most widely used BIM technology and SQL database technology in the construction field,and analyzes the problems in the safety monitoring and management of the traditional water conservancy project.The Feasibility of Application in Safety Monitoring Management.By combining BIM technology with SQL database,this paper puts forward a set of design and research and development ideas based on BIM 's structural safety monitoring and management system for hydraulic structures during the operation of water conservancy project.According to the design idea,a set of safety monitoring and management system of water conveyance tank culvert based on the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is established,which aims to master the whole system 's work flow through the application of the system.Finally,combined with the BIM visualization database management system,the working interface of the system is displayed and the function of each module is introduced in detail.The research results have important guidance and practical significance,the development of other management systems a certain reference value.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Through the application of BIM visual safety monitoring and management system,it solves the problems encountered in the management of traditional water conservancy project safety monitoring and management,improves the traditionalmanagement work mode,and greatly improves the management efficiency.(2)With the BIM management platform,you can make visual management operations.Which can realize the visualization of monitoring data,reduce the difficulty of understanding the management information,realize the effective sharing of management information,enhance the communication and cooperation ability of information between different management departments,and realize the visualization of the building model Display,you can intuitively grasp the monitoring equipment,box culvert structure of the spatial distribution.(3)The use of SQL database security monitoring management system,you can achieve the BIM visual management platform for the expansion of management functions,to achieve a more comprehensive and comprehensive management.For the different functions of managers to provide a professional data and information management platform,but also to achieve multi-sector management within their respective jurisdictions within the scope of management to ensure that the information processing professional,accuracy and security.(4)Combined with the actual project,the feasibility and superiority of the application of BIM technology and SQL database technology to the monitoring and management of the water distribution in the Tianjin trunk line of the Middle Route Project of the south to North Water Diversion Project is demonstrated.Improve the water conservancy project safety monitoring information management level,reduce the management cost,conform to the requirements of China's water conservancy development.
