Since the adoption of reform and opening-up policy,the burgeoning development of China's economy can't do without the government construction investment.And the construction of hydraulic engineering is an important part of the government construction investment in the past few years.In recent years,with the government's attention to hydraulic engineering construction,the scale of investment in hydraulic engineering construction in China has increased year by year.During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period,there were 172 key hydraulic engineering in China,and the total planned investment scale was over 800 billion.In terms of management norms and construction speed,the hydraulic engineering contracted by the company still lags behind other large-scale hydraulic engineering enterprises.This problem has brought about the company's weak competitiveness in the construction of hydraulic engineering,which leads to the failure to fully enjoy the benefits of large-scale government investment as well.Therefore,how to combine modern project management thought with the practical situation of NARI Group,establishing a scientific and targeted project management system,achieving scientific and effective whole process management of key hydraulic engineering,become an important topic that NARI Group needs to pay attention to.This thesis takes a large-scale hydraulic engineering safety monitoring project of NARI Group as the research object,and research on the whole process management of the project.Firstly,review and analysis of the status of domestic and foreign research project management,combined with the shortcomings in the management of hydraulic engineering of NARI Group,to determine the direction of the overall framework and research.Then,starting from the theory of management of hydraulic engineering,this thesis introduces the schedule control,cost control,quality control,safety control aspects,in view of the actual problems and puts forward solutions and measures,the project management theory and combining the actual situation of the project.Finally,with the example of the safety monitoring K project as an actual case,this thesis expounds the application of project management control theory in every link of safety monitoring project.The implementation results demonstrate four goals to improve the schedule and cost,quality and safety control,summarize some safety monitoring project management in the process of problems and Solutions.This research has accumulated valuable experience for the safety monitoring project management of NARI Group,effectively improve the company's safety monitoring project management level and greatly enhance the market competitiveness of NARI Group in such projects.
