Study On The Cost Control Of Construction Project Based On BIM Technology

Along with the society's progress and development,the status of the construction industry in the national economy is higher and higher.The efficiency of cost control determines the profit level of construction projects.However,the traditional cost control modes and methods can't meet the needs of the current construction industry's development.Construction projects contain complex process,many participants,huge amounts of information.At the moment,in different stages,the repeat and utilization rate of information is low,between the parties are relatively independent and communication difficulties,the technical limitations affect the working efficiency of cost control,these all can lead to cost out of control,and serious waste.In order to solve the problems of construction project's cost control,introducing BIM technology in the construction project cost control,using the advantages of BIM technology enhances the working efficiency of the cost control and the degree of refinement.In this paper,by analyzing the situation and causes of cost control of construction project in our country,the advantages of BIM technology in construction project cost control,shows that the suitability of using BIM technology in construction project cost control,and puts forward a solution based on BIM technology aiming at the existing problems in cost control;Creating BIM-information management platform of construction cost control to solve the problem of information management in the process of cost control,combined with modern information management technology.Together the information of cost control between every parties,each stage,each professional,to increase the degree of information sharing and the speed of data updating,convenient information communication between the parties,provide a stable source of information for the cost control;Construction cost control model of BIM controls the construction project's cost from resources dynamic management,engineering change management,the cost of monitoring analysis three aspects,improving the work efficiency and the degree of refinement of cost control from overall level;Finally through the concrete case analysis to explain the working principle of the cost control model,and prove the application of BIM technology in construction cost control is feasible.This paper studies have shown that using of BIM technology and modern information technology can realize the effectively information management of construction project cost control,avoid the phenomenon out of cost control caused by wrong information management.BIM construction cost control model improves the degree of refinement and efficiency of the cost control;From the perspective of the projects or enterprises,the construction project cost control based on BIM technology can bring important values.
