With the continuous development of society, people’s living standards are rising. Cars arebecoming part of our lives. Car brought us convenience, but also give us some trouble, more andmore of our attention to vehicle noise, vehicle noise mainly from two aspects: First, power andtransmission noise, and second tire rolling noise, this paper is wanted by simulating tire work innormal conditions, for the corresponding excitation have some feedback, and in the outer surfaceof the tire unit will have all the speed, through the integration of data processing, tire outer surfaceof the unit seeking the normal speed This speed can be used as a boundary condition for thecalculation of the sound field. We just calculate a normal velocity of the tire.Developed countries and regions began to study tires from the19th century. But part of thestudy on tire-related research, including tire noise sources, etc., not yet produced systematic andscientific achievements.China’s research in the tire field is late, so the overall level of China’s tire industry in theinternational competitiveness is low, the research of the tires is necessary.This article is the calculation of the radial tire outer surface of the unit normal speed. First, toestablish a tire model,2D drawings is provided by the original manufacturers. We’ve putmodifications on it. Use hypermesh and ABAQUS to obtain tire unit surface, pattern, and wholetires.The geometry and meshing of tread patterns are hard work. The tread pattern of the tire is acomplicated stress distortion.With the continuous development of society, people’s living standards keep rising, the car isbecoming a part of our life. Cars bring us convenience, but at the same time, but also bring ussome trouble, noise is becoming more and more our attention, vehicle noise is mainly from twoaspects: one is the power and the transmission system noise, the second is the tire rolling noise.The main purpose of this paper is to through the simulation of tire in normal working conditions is,for the corresponding incentive produced some of the feedback and performance in tire surfaceunit will produce velocity anisotropy, through the integration of data processing for the outersurface of the tire unit to speed, the speed can be were used as boundary conditions, the soundfield calculation. In this paper, only the outer surface of the tire unit normal speed. We shouldavoid using the poor tetrahedral element to analysis it. And we should use relatively high accuracyhexahedral elements. We need to generate the hexahedral mesh has a High-quality, that is to askthe cell shape is relatively rules to avoid distortion means convergence difficulties arising. Treadpart with complex geometry, it does not meet the requirements of grid, using an automaticpartitioning algorithm can’t get complete and high quality hexahedral meshes. So, we need to gohand in hand to complete the work, and eventually we can get the enclosed tire outer surfaceelement. After we get the model, we can simulate and calculate it. And it should be loaded theworking conditions, defined the material, set the boundary conditions. Given sinusoidal excitationat the place contact with the ground, tire respond at sinusoidal excitation effect.Then according to the node relationship of element, the three directions speed of four4-node u, v, w, by a cross multiplication. Then project the three-speed to normal, we can get the normalspeed.also completed the previously purposes of this article. This speed can be used as acondition for calculating the acoustic field.
