In recent years,with the development of science and technology,industrial production equipment increasingly large scale,the evolution of technology of single equipment intensive and large volume,the traditional lifting technology has been unable to meet the needs of engineering construction,which are derived from the model,complex,collaborative multi crane hoisting method,cause safety risk and process large equipment hoisting is big,so this paper will take double crane cooperative hoisting safety risk management of construction as the research object,hazard identification theory,AHP and synergetic model theory based tools,special hazards of crane hoisting double Taiwan Cooperative is identified,in-depth analysis of personnel coordination,hoisting crane cooperation,coordination,hoisting hoisting method and ordinary single difference environment with heavy risk factors exist in the operation of machinery,In order to establish the double crane Cooperative Hoisting 4 subsystems and 12 small system risk source system,by using the analytic hierarchy process mainly summarizes two hoisting crane operation at the same time key risk coordination factors include:action planning is not reasonable,mutual collision,running speed,uneven load static unbalance.At the same time,through the establishment of the 4 key risk sources of the collaborative accounting formula,and based on the theory of collaborative adiabatic elimination model,the key sequence parameters are obtained,and the key to the slow hoisting of double crane is obtained.Finally,level Visual functions based on C++6.0 simulation software and auxiliary OpenGL simulation of double crane lifting construction process simulation,including simulation test of crane the action execution:double lifting,turning and other operations such as double click.According to the model test results,in-depth analysis of the key risk sources cause security risk is not controllable,and put forward the relevant improvement measures,and to the Shanghai chemical industry zone of 320 thousand tons of acrylic acid and ester project as case studies,finally proposed the improved double crane lifting safety risk suggestion:for action planning is not reasonable,mutual collision and operation uneven speed and load static unbalance 4 core main risk source can practice,and can realize the hazard control,so the simulation system in double machine Cooperative Hoisting hazard control and safety risk management is effective.
