| With the rapidly development of the three-dimensional transportation, the accident of the vehicle hit the pier frequently, and often resulted in enormous economic loss, this kind of problem has attracted widespread concern of scholars at home and abroad. In our country, although there are many researches on car bridge collision problem at present, due to the understanding of mechanism of vehicle collision with the bridge pier are deficiencies, this lead to a lack of what is the reliable gauge and evaluation standard of impact force calculation and the impact damage. So,it is necessary to research on vehicle-pier impact force and injury problems carefully. This paper summarized the domestic and foreign car pier common impact force calculation method,at first, analyzed the impact force on the car bridge collision and damage problems through the model test;then analyzed test conditions by the method of simulation, compared with the model test results, the feasibility of the simulation analysis of finite element model as well as the corresponding constitutive and the parameter selection, based on these, established the finite element model of real vehicle collide on the bridge pier and analyzed the impact force together with the damage of the bridge. Then according to the impulse theorem deduced calculation formula of the impact force, and compared with the model test and the finite element analysis results, verify the applicability of the formula;AT last discussesed the damage standard and the damage indication preliminary.Research shows that:the impact force is proportional to the square of the speed and the mass of the vehicle;the impact force obtained by experimental analysis, finite element analysis and theoretical formula analysis is larger than our country current code; The impact force based on the impulse theorem is applicable for the calculation of low speed and Low quality,For single-column pier, the impact damage mainly is local damage of the impact point and the the root of the pier. For frame column, damage may occur at the top of the pier. |
