BIM(Building Information Modeling)operation and maintenance combined with the BIM technology and management of operation and maintenance.It manages the construction of space,equipment,assets scientifically,reduce the costs of operating and maintenance.At present,China's BIM standard is still in the process of development,and BIM has not yet introduced the relevant norms of operation and maintenance,This not only makes the application of BIM in the operation and maintenance phase of the relative lack of cases,but also led to the current domestic BIM operation and maintenance software development is still blank.At the same time,from the level of national security considerations,as the focus of people's livelihood municipal projects can only use our local production of BIM operation and maintenance management system.It can't use foreign development of relatively mature BIM operation and maintenance software.So the development of domestic BIM operation and maintenance management system needs to be solved.As the key municipal engineering,water plant is the South to North Water Diversion Project terminal project.It is the key project to achieve the overall urban planning objectives.In its 50 years of operation,water plant provides uninterrupted supply of water for hundreds of thousands or even millions of people in the city.It is the lifeline of the city.Once the water plant is in trouble and disaster,the chain effect and the derivative disaster will occur in the operation and maintenance phase.This will directly threaten the public safety of the city,to the people's lives have a significant impact.For the operation and management of the current water plant,most of them just stay in the simple processing of a large number of operations and maintenance data,management method is relatively backward,low management efficiency,low utilization of data resources,resulting in waste of resources,even some of the water purification process depends on the experience of staff management,this will not be able to achieve rapid response to sudden accidents.Therefore,an efficient operation and maintenance management method is urgently needed to maintain the normal operation of urban lifeline.Based on these reasons,this paper makes use of the characteristics of visualization and information integration of BIM and database technology,studies the operation and maintenance management of mechanical accelerated clarifier based on BIM.By analyzing the characteristics of the operation and maintenance of the mechanical accelerated clarifier,and combined with the traditional operation and maintenance management method,to establish the management target of mechanical accelerated clarifier in operation and maintenance,including facilities management,water quality management and emergency response,and set the mechanical accelerated clarifier BIM operation and maintenance standards.The BIM model of mechanical accelerated clarifier is established.Based on the integration of data in the model,the operation and maintenance information database is created.It realizes the 3D visualization display,the unified storage and management of all kinds of information.On the basis of the database,through the VBA programming,create the operation and management platform of mechanical accelerated clarifier to carry out scientific and comprehensive management of mechanical accelerated clarifier,in order to ensure its normal operation.
