With the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional highway mechanical equipment management mode has already not satisfied the demand of the modern highway mechanical device management. How to manage the existing highway machinery and equipment becomes a new subject in the construction of the highway.According to the Shaanxi Province highway bureau statistics, the number of main highways mechanical equipment of Shaanxi Province has reached more than2900, and the wide distribution and various kinds of mechanical equipment have brought serious challenges to the mechanical equipment management and maintenance. In order to improve management efficiency of machinery equipment, while the management of machinery equipment to achieve standardized, scientific and modernization, researching new machinery equipment management mode and developing of a specialized computer management software system have become an urgent need.This paper, based on Shaanxi Province highway mechanical device management, has analyzed the current situation of highway machinery and mechanical equipment management mode in Shanxi Province and the existing problems and putted forward the Shaanxi Province highway new three mode of mechanical equipment management. On the basis of the mode and the reality of highway management departments it has designed and developed highway mechanical device management system for Shaanxi Province. The main done work is as follows:1. Analyzed the current situation of highway machinery and equipment management mode in Shanxi Province and the existing problems and putted forward mechanical device management new three mode of Shaanxi Province highway.2. Determined the system development of the network, the key technology of software and hardware platform. On the basis of mechanical equipment management new mode, under the help of the Windows2007operating system, with Visual Studio2010as the development platform, combining ASP.NET technology with SQL Server2005database technology have developed system.3. Completed the system requirement analysis, analyzed system function structure in detail and completed the design of the system, including the system’s overall structure design, function module design, database design, and security design and so on.4. Developed mechanical equipment system User Management, equipment management system of file management, equipment allocation management, equipment leasing management, Equipment Change Management, equipment accident management, Management of large and medium repair equipment and equipment scrap management module and realized the corresponding function.On the basis of the new three mode of mechanical equipment management proposed, developing mechanical equipment management system can provide document management mechanism for Shaanxi Province highway bureau, unified management reports and documentation, greatly improving the efficiency of mechanical equipment management. |
