Compared with many types of construction projects,the structural form of bridge engineering is more complicated,construction control is more stringent,capital investment is more extensive,and many kinds of uncertain factors form the risk of bridge engineering construction.Risk management system can greatly reduce the risk of bridge construction projects to ensure the smooth and orderly development of bridge construction projects.Therefore,the key issue to be solved in this paper is how to identify and evaluate the risk factors of bridge construction.To be more suitable for the construction of large scale bridges with high accuracy,the method of risk identification and risk evaluation to analyze structural safety and risk quantitatively is used for the construction project in Nanjing Jiangxinzhou right-branch bridge.In this paper,risk management of long-scale bridge construction project is my research topic.It focuses on three aspects:the method to identify the risk factors in the construction of bridge construction project with large-scale,the way to evaluate all kinds of uncertainties and the measures to deal with the risks.Under the influence of complex environment such as geography,climate and geology,the risk of large-scale bridge construction is high.The risk management method of Yongning Overpass Bridge in Wenjiang District is selected as the object of study,and the risk management method is combined with expert analysis and analytic hierarchy process to analyze the large scale bridge construction project qualitatively and quantitatively.The risk management method improves risk identification and the accuracy of risk assessment,which is more suitable for large scale bridge construction.In this paper,a case study shows that the risk identification and evaluation system is feasible in the construction of large-span bridges,and a method for establishing a risk management system for long-scale bridge construction is proposed.Applying the theory of engineering project management to the case study,the purpose of this paper is to study the risk existing in the arge-scale bridge construction project effectively.And on this basis,the paper summarized the risk management system of large scale bridge construction to provide a reference for the risk management of large-scale bridge construction.
