Bridge construction project have large investment scale, complicated structure anddesign. The construction operation demand regularity and high precision.The constructionperiod is long, the objective existence of the risk factors in construction project cannot avoidcompletely. Once construction accident will cause significant social and economic losses.Bridge engineering construction risk management system can help bridge constructionenterprise identify the main risk factors which exists in the process of bridge construction,the risk probability and assessment the possible damage. Bridge construction enterprises willbe able to take a series of measures to avoid the accident to a certain extent, reduce theprobability of the accident. Therefore, under the condition of existing, bridge constructionproject risk management system can promote bridge construction enterprises fast steadydevelopment, ensure the safety of bridge construction.In our country, bridge construction engineering in different parts faces the differentlymain risk factors due to its own characteristics. The risk of management system for a latestart. It lack of bridge construction project in the research of the risk management system,although it has been used in different areas. Panjin city’s comprehensive economic strengthis one of the top three in the major cities of Liaoning province.It is in the midst of a newurban development opportunity, and puts forward new requirements for bridge constructionproject. Based on the introduction to Panjin city overall situation, in-depth analysis of thefeatures of risk factors in Panjin city bridge construction project, combined with previousstudies of risk management and experience, the paper identify suitable methods for Panjinrisk factors identification and risk assessment. From the perspective of bridge constructionenterprises, the paper established Panjin city bridge construction project risk managementsystem. At the same time, the paper came up with the suggestion for establishing regionalbridge construction risk management system.
