Design And Research Of Public Self-service Laundry Service System

Since the 1960s,the global industrial institutions have undergone tremendous changes in the development of the service industry,and the global industrial institutions have shown a general trend of transition from "industrial economy" to "service economy"[1].Self-service gradually into people's lives,because of its independence,self-help,convenience and other characteristics of access to the majority of people of all ages.Washing clothes is time-consuming and laborious work in Europe and the United States and other developed countries,people save time for the laundry,the passage of time a large number of laundry and gradually into people's lives[2].Europe and the United States,Japan and South Korea residential areas of public self-service laundry can be seen everywhere,China's relatively small application,mainly for schools,apartments,hotels,etc.,the community Is gradually evolving,the future public self-service laundry service economy development trend will be greatly widened Design of the field of vision and display space.The main purpose of this research is to design a common self-service laundry service system that can improve the user's laundry experience while satisfying the user's laundry needs.It has a high practical value and can bring a richer life experience for the users.In the context of the ever-sharing of information technology and products,how to make public self-service laundry services in the voicing of product homogeneity and provide users with more innovative services to meet the needs of users while maintaining the superiority of the system itself.The focus of this study.The new design concepts and methods will be the design of the design guidelines for the new design direction.In the course of the actual research,firstly,through the investigation and analysis of the development status of public self-service laundry service at home and abroad,the public self-service laundry service is instructed from three aspects:service industrialization,Internet of things technology and system innovation design method.Problem and design direction.Secondly,the general direction of the public self-service laundry service user behavior,user dynamics,user needs in three aspects of the analysis of the user to understand the key issues in the use of the process.Finally,through the field investigation and analysis of laundry services in the outstanding problems,namely,washing machine location query,working status query,to avoid laundry congestion,health and safety issues.This design uses a goal-oriented design approach,the purpose is to apply the user's understanding to the design,the user needs as a starting point,put forward design strategies to improve public trust,get a better self-service laundry service experience.Through the SWOT model and product demand analysis,the establishment of public self-service laundry service information framework to improve the predictability and visibility of laundry services,rich laundry equipment,to provide users with more convenient laundry service.
