| The Shared laundry platform is a typical application of the Internet of things technology,and it is a preference in the development trend of the public laundry field in the future.With the progress of science and technology,the traditional coin-operated washing machine has been unable to adapt to the times and the development of science and technology,and it is difficult to adapt to the market demand.It cannot reserve working time,and most customers need to wait for free machine;It doesn’t have online payment function,so customers need to use coin;With single laundry mode,it is easy to damage customers’ valuable clothes.Many deficiencies further limit the development of the traditional coin-operated washing machine in the market.With the development of science and technology,it is essential to develop a shared laundry platform based on the concept of the Internet of things and the sharing economy.In this paper,the design of the shared laundry platform based on the Internet of things are described in detail,and the whole framework of the shared laundry platform is systematically described,including the architecture of the system,the functions,and requirements of the system,as well as the functions and selection of each componets.Our work in this paper mainly includes the following parts:(1)This paper briefly introduces the design of hardware architecture and the circuit design of the components of the washing machine control system;It also introduces the design and implementation of GPRS communication module in detail,including the selection of GPRS chip,the design of GPRS communication circuit,the introduction of driving instruction and short message coding,heartbeat mechanism,and heartbeat package protocol,etc.(2)A integral system is inseparable from the monitoring module.This paper introduces the design and implementation of the management software of the multi-merchant shared laundry platform.The original purpose of the model is to facilitate the management equipment and query of laundry merchants.This paper mainly introduces the architecture of a web-based management system and design of user interface including landing,laundry merchant management,location management,order management,and fault report management.At the same time,it introduces the design of mobile clients based on i OS system,including the overall architecture and the design of various functional interface.The relational database based on My SQLis also introduced with the conceptual data model,logical design,and report design.(3)This paper introduces the method of program compilation optimization,which is to eliminate the text redundancy of abstract syntax tree generated by GCC(the kernel compiler of Keil 5).Here we propose an algorithm of eliminating GCC abstract syntax tree redundancy by using the keyword trie tree.The whole process of eliminating redundancy is introduced with the design and construction of critical words library,and the structure of the trie tree.The shared laundry platform based on the Internet of things technology proposed in this paper has achieved better economic benefits since it was put into use,helping people to solve the problems of laundry queuing and cash payment in the public dormitory building.Users can also check the running status of laundry in real-time in the mobile terminal,ensuring that users can get back the laundry in the first time after the washing machine is finished.Meanwhile,it also improves the utilization rate of commercial laundry equipment and increased the income. |
