The Productivity Of Architecture Transformation Research

World population is growing fast.At the same time,the world is in the process of rapidly development of urbanization.UNEP noted that in early fifties of the twenty-first century,the global population is expected to rise to 9.2 billion,the urban population to 6.3 billion.Population growth and expanding urbanization,promote the growing needs of natural resources,energy,food,land and other requirement.Urbanization carries on with energy crisis,food crisis,shortage of land resources,environmental pollution,which were gradually valued highly around the world.And the world is exploring various aspects of looking for sustainable ways of human development.Architechive energy consumption constitutes 30% of total industry energy consumption and going up sharply in future.In recent years,traditional urban planning and the pattern of construction purely depended on the resource consumption,energy consumption,environmental pollution,and ecological cost of unsustainable development.Only if with a fundamental architectural paradigm evolution,it might change the deteriorating environment situation caused by the construction industry.This paper absorbs urban agriculture,green building technologies,and smart city views,put forwards to a new building paradigm---productive buildings.And the productive evolution of architecture is also studied in it.Through research and analysis of the historical architecture evolution,it is summed up that the key factor of architecture evolution being the change of environment.Productive evolution of architecture is a reasonable result of effective use and production of resources.It is the way to survive by sustainable development of architecture.Though analysis of the productivity history,productive building is demonstrated to be inevitable following with the conceptual definition of the production building.Based on t his,it is elaborated that the productive building construction systems,technology strategy,market and policy and lifestyle changes.In addition,this paper attempts to explore the functionality of the system and its structure,operation mechanism and performance of the productive buildings.And it is demonstrated the advantages of integrated environmental benefits,energy efficiency,natural-economic-social complex system by the ecological footprint and energy calculations.Article concludes productive basic principles and strategies of the building at the last.Combined with city cases,look forwards to "productive city",which was affected by the basic idea of productive building.Through research,the productive evolution proposed is hoped to achieved the energy production,food production,organic relationship between urban resource and energy reconcile interoperability.It is promote the sustainable development of urban construction and provide a new possibility.
