A Research On Passive Low-energy Territorial Rural Residential Prototype Design Based On BIM

Traditional rural residences with unique local characteristics are widely existed in our country,which are the crystallization of living experience and living wisdom accumulated by local people from generation to generation.With the development of the society,most of these houses cannot meet the needs of modern life,however,the wisdom they contained is the treasure for human.This article focuses on the transformation of the living wisdom in traditional rural residences.Combined with the specific requirements of the task,this article does design and research respectively on the rural residential prototypes in Taohai Ranch,Inner Mongolia and Nanan,Fujian.First of all,the paper ascertains “the rural residential prototypes” as the study objects and determines the specific regions——Taohai Ranch,Inner Mongolia and Nanan,Fujian.The main design concept of this paper is “passive low-energy”.After the study area has been determined,this paper systematically combs and analyses the results in previous studies on rural residences in Inner Mongolia and southern Fujian.In addition,the paper sketches out the application of BIM technology in rural residence design and summarizes the characteristics of previous studies and innovation points of this paper.Secondly,in order to further clarify the concept of "prototype" in the rural residential prototypes,the second part of this paper analyses rural residential prototypes on the basic concept,design method and typical cases.Thirdly,in view of the process of passive low-energy regional rural residential prototype design in Inner Mongolia and Fujian Province,we give thorough research on the residential prototype design in the two regions: (1)analyze local geographic and climate to understand the main local climate characteristics and reason the key problems of residential design;(2) extract and purify the living wisdom of rural residences,transform it and fit it in rural residential prototypes design,which means we can design the space models,function configurations,compound tissues and details of rural residential prototypes exquisitely based on this;(3)analyze and demonstrate the universality and the possibility of self-grow and self-organization of the residential prototypes as "prototypes".At last,through completing residential prototypes design on the two areas,the last chapter of this paper summaries and compares the rural residential prototypes design in north and south.This part mainly expounds from three aspects which are surface differences,inherent consistency and the trend of the residential prototype design.This paper starts with rural residential regionalism,mainly researches on the passive low-energy rural residential prototypes in Taohai Ranch,Inner Mongolia and Nanan,Fujian.It discusses the application of live-wisdom contained in traditional regional rural residences of contemporary rural residential prototypes design,so as to provide some valuable references for the design of the rural residential prototypes.
