A Research On Low-tech Recycling Of Waste Ceramic Wall Facing In Rural Areas

Ceramic tile with its simple style,good anti fouling ability has been widely used in building exterior decoration.But with the passage of time,many architectural ceramic brick wall appeared of hollowing problems.Which has seriously affect the construction in safe use,The waste produced by outer ceramic tile renovation process has brought bad impact on the ecological environment.In view of this problem,the ceramic tile regeneration group of Tianjin University has carried out in the research and practice of ceramic tile regeneration in the building of school of architecture.On this basis,though the construction of Jinzhai CR hope town,how to reuse the waste ceramic tile due to environmental remediation of the rural house.Different from the city,the rural areas do not have the perfect industrial production conditions.Using the low technological improvement of ceramic tile regeneration technology to achieve the regeneration of ceramic tiles,is a useful exploration of rural environmental remediation methods,and also the effective protection of rural cultural heritage.This search began with practical situation of the rural areas,through field investigation,has completed the design of low tech regeneration of the ceramic tile.And before the formal production,the group has ensured that renewable products meet the design requirements.Through the waste collection,aggregate production,concrete mixing,pressing into bricks,color adjustment and other steps,The group has produced 834 hollow blocks.At the end of this paper,the research on the technology of low-tech regeneration of ceramic tiles is summarized and the prospect of the technology improved.This paper is concerned with the low technical practice of ceramic tile decoration materials in rural areas,which not only solves the environmental problem of ceramic tile waste in rural areas,but also completed the transformation of ceramic tile decoration materials.Low technology of ceramic tile facing material has good adaptability,and has great potential in rural areas of China.
