Due to the problem of resource of sand and sand shortage, this paper takes ceramic industrial solid waste, waste ceramic tile as the object of the research, which was crushed and grinding into recycled coarse and fine aggregate and waste ceramic powder,and then all components used in concrete, studying the design of mix proportion of all-components of waste ceramic recycled aggregate concrete and the influence of each components to the workability,mechanical properties and durability of the recycled concrete,and provide the theory basis for recycling of ceramic tile in concrete.The main research results are as follows:(1) It was tudied that the basic physical properties and the influence on mortar performance of ceramic recycled fine aggregate in this paper.Waste ceramic recycled fine aggregate shaped plate,angular, rough surface and high bibulous rate,It belongs to the coarse sand with its fineness modulus of 3.4.Its particle morphology is helpful to enhance mechanical bite force of aggregate and cement, improve the flexural strength of mortar, and reduce dry shrinkage rate of cement mortar, but poor liquidity of the mortar at the same time.Regenerate mortar prepared with 100% recycled fine aggregate instead of natural sand, the flexural strength of 28 days of which is 45% higher than that of normal mortar,and shrinkage rate of 7 days decreased about 65% than normal mortar, extending degree reduced by 31.2%.(2) The pozzolanic activity of mill waste ceramic powder.With the extension of milling time of mill waste ceramic powder, its specific surface area increased and increased its activity.Compared with normal mortar,recycled mortar mixed with 10%,20%, 30% of the mill waste ceramic powder,which compressive strength of 28 days decreased 16.1%, 29.8%and 16.1% respectively.But when mill waste ceramic powder was 10% added,Its compressive strength of 90 days is higher than that of normal mortar.(3) The design of mix proportion of all-components of waste ceramic tile recycled concrete. Compared with the design of mix proportion of normal concrete, waste ceramic tile fine aggregate prejudice for concrete fluidity,and it's need to increase the cement dosage of recycled concrete to improve its workability and reduce the water cement ratio to reduce segregation phenomenon, and finally improve the ratio of recycled fine aggregate to improvethe concrete cohesiveness.Eventually the mix proportion of waste ceramic tile recycled concrete is: cement, fine aggregate, aggregate,water = 1:1.16:2. 41:0.48,coarse aggregate size5 ~ 10:10 ~ 20 mm = 2:1,the adding content of high efficiency water reducing agent is 0.2%.Under the conditions of same water-cement ratio,the workability and strength of waste ceramic tile recycled concrete is slightly lower than that of normal concrete,and the compressive strength of 28 days decreased by 2.33%, But it still meet the requirements of technical specification for concrete. Using mill waste ceramic powder instead of cement,the early hydration rate was lower than that of cement and FA, which leads to the improve of concrete water-cement ratio and results in the decrease of concrete strength;mill waste ceramic powder with 10%, 20%, 30% proportion mixed into recycled concrete,though the strength decreased 15.12%,23.17% and 15.12% respectively,but the later strength increasing quickly, the ideal adding proportion still need further research.(4) The early shrinkage,frost-resistance and carbonation resistance performance of all-components of waste ceramic tile recycled concrete.Compared with the normal concrete,the results show that maximum of early shrinkage of the waste ceramic tile recycled concrete decreased 54.6%,the freezing-thawing resistance performance reduced,but it still meet to the antifreeze concrete.requirements of D50 of specification,carbonation depth increased.Maximum of early shrinkage of recycled concrete mixed with mill waste ceramic powder is reduced,the frost-resistance declined,and it already did not meet the requirements of freeze-thaw label D50, the carbonation depth increased.
