In recent years, Construction of our country develops rapidly, increasing construction waste unprecedented emissions. The cost is astonishing to deal with this waste, with land dammaged and environment polluted; Meanwhile, government established the policy to encourage the development of new wall materials and limit the production of bricks. Thus, building recycling will produce good economic benefit, social benefit, and environmental benefits.This paper uses recycled coarse aggregate instead of natural stones, regenerated fine aggregate instead of sand preparation of recycled concrete. In order to match renewable aggregate with the refuse produced from building, this paper tests five kinds of combinations:100% pour,3/4 pour 1/4 waste concrete,1/2 pour 1/2 waste concrete,1/4 pour 3/4 waste concrete,100% waste concrete. Firstly, the orthogonal experimental design method was used to analyze water-cement ratio, dosage of cement, sand ratio, fly ash content of recycled aggregate concrete factors such as properties. Then, the optimum proportion was selected to extrude extrusion with vibration method to make recycled concrete porous brick of KPI type Finally, the characteristics of the compressive strength and freeze-thaw as well as its other physical properties were explored and tested:1,Through orthogonal experiment research and analysis, the optimum option is as follows:42 for reasonable of recycled concrete sand ratio,20% for best fly ash additives,0.40 for water-cement ratio weigh, but water-cement ratio is to be economically determined on the basis of the required strength.2,The test of recycled concrete porous brick is carried on in a porous size brick field in ZhouKou, so it is easy for practical production thereafter. This size brick field trial production of recycled concrete compressive strength of porous bricks were higher than MU10, according to porous brick intensity level requirements, its various indexes comply with JC943-2004 "concrete requirements of porous brick.3,Considering the cost of production of renewable aggregate and the local area of natural aggregate, the economy of porous brick is far beyond ordinary concrete porous brick based on the analysis of recycled concrete porous brick.4,Renewable aggregate concrete porous brick from construction waste is promisingly to become an alternative of new wall materials instead of solid clay brick, sintering porous brick,...
