With the rapid development of economy,environmental pollution has become increasingly serious,the degradation of the component of concrete component speed up.At the same time,with the rapid development of construction industry,there is a shortage of resources of sand and gravel,and increasing of ceramic waste also;To reduce effect of acid-rain and load and save the resources of sand and gravel,this paper mainly studies that using waste ceramic tile as recycled coarse and fine aggregate,ceramic powder as admixture to prepare the new green recycled aggregate concrete,according to the characteristics of acid-rain in hunan province and the general situation of bearing load of building,each proportion of concrete conduct the solution of acid-rain dry-wet cycling test respectively after the load of 0.3 fu and 0.5 fu;Research the performance change of waste ceramic recycled aggregate concrete under the common effect of acid-rain and load,including the quality change rate,the compressive strength change rate,chemically combined water content,neutralization depth and observation of micro-structure.The main results are as follows:In the test of acid-rain dry wet cycling,with the increasing of cycle times,the quality of waste ceramic tile recycled aggregate concrete first increased and further decreased,and start falling after cycle to 10 times;the compressive strength of the native gravel,waste ceramic tile recycled coarse aggregate,and waste ceramic tile of coarse and fine aggregate concrete increased first and further decreased,the neutralization depth increased.With the increasing content of ceramic powder,the strength loss of waste ceramic tile recycled aggregate concrete increased,and the chemically combined water content reduced.With the decrease of the pH,the strength of waste ceramic tile recycled aggregate concrete decreased,neutralization depth increased and chemically combined water decreased.Comparing with the simulated acid-rain erosion test,under the combined effect of acid-rain and load: As the load added,the quality change rate of waste ceramic tile recycled aggregate concrete increased faster in the early stage(cycle to 5 times before)and decreased faster in the later stage(after 10 cycles),and quality loss earlier;strength change rate decreased in the early stage(cycle to 10 times),and strength loses faster in the later stage(after 10 cycles);neutralization depth increased and chemically combined water content decreased.In the allowable range of load,with the increase of load,the quality change rate of waste ceramic tile recycled aggregate concrete increased in the early stage(cycle to 5 times)and decreased in the later stage(after 10 cycles);strength change rate decreased,and whenthe cycle to 30 times,it was negative and appear to has loss to the initial strength.neutralization depth increased and chemically combined water content increased slightly;in the micro-structure,the acicular AFt increased,and the pore is more,the structure becomes loose,the inner pore of concrete increased,and the strength loss greater after the acid-rain erosion.According to the existing neutralization depth prediction model of concrete under the acid-rain erosion,through introducing load influence coefficient and determine the relative parameters,deduced the neutralization depth prediction model of waste ceramic tile recycled aggregate concrete under the combined effect of acid-rain and load,and generate the actual data into the model to get calculate values and measured it with the actual neutralization depth,and the calculation results are in good agreement measured with the test results,the model has certain reference value for the neutralization prediction of waste ceramic tile recycled aggregate concrete under the combined effect of acid-rain and load.
