A Study To JC Construction Project Quality Management

With the deepening and improvement of China’s economic reform and market economy, the construction industry, a basic industry to the national economy,play a important role in national economy.World-famous management expert Professor Sandra Holm once said "Quality is the golden key to the world market." If Companies in want to become more steady, stronger, bigger, they must pay much attention to project quality, ensure project quality and create their own brand. While construction industry develop quickly, construction quality management increasingly attracted people’s attention, especially in the last two decades,the quality of the project has been the focus of consumer complaints.So the state of the building project quality management is particularly serious and important. It is a key to construction management.It is also a key to the core competitiveness of China’s construction enterprises. Quality management problem becomes the most urgent problem.On the one hand,this paper introduces the concept of quality management theory.It proposed the contents of construction quality management concepts and principles of content of construction quality control, based on the understanding of the concept of quality management.Especially, it resists about construction quality management and quality control methods in detail. It also discuss about the impacting factors of project construction quality control and process of project construction quality control. Through PDCA cycle control method and statistical analysis,It provide accurate and scientific methods and theoretical basis for the JC construction project Quality management. On the other hand, It analyzes JC construction project quality management quality problems in detail, such as the operator’s low quality and quality awareness,the level of Construction management is backward, the process of project quality control system is not perfect. Then it provide the measures to solve project quality management problem under the JC Quality Management Case Problems, such as improve the operator’s technical skills and quality awareness, strengthen the quality of construction management, how to improve the project quality process control system.
