An engineering period in a large-scale equipment hoisting project might be easily affected by all variety of subjective or objective factors as such project has complicated process,complex equipment operation and long construction period,all those elements might lead to various risks.Therefore,risk management is crucial in a large-scale equipment hoisting project.The engineering risks of large-scale equipment hoisting project will be lasted in the whole period.In order to study an effective way to control the engineering risks of large-scale equipment hoisting project,this thesis applies different research methods such as literature research,questionnaire and case study.The thesis applies risk management of large-scale equipment hoisting project as main research line and do the literature research,selects PDH equipment hoisting project as case study,with the elaboration of the engineering overview and the project characters to identify three risks sources(engineering risk,environmental risk and management risk).And then conducts the descriptive statistics analysis,factor analysis based the data from the questionnaire,applying exploratory analysis to extract 20 common elements from 46 risk elements identified in PDH equipment hoisting project and conduct score evaluation on the common elements.Additionally,the thesis establishes PDH equipment hoisting project risk model by each risks elements' score matrix and calculation function to find out the key risks impact on the equipment hoisting engineering,which could be the theorization foundation of the risk management and evaluation of the equipment hoisting project.The thesis lists key factors of three risk sources then proposes corresponding measures.First,analysis on PDH risks management from three aspects: the organization structure of the equipment hoisting risk management,effective hoisting scheme and on site construction overview.Second,corresponding suggestions are proposed by the analysis of the key risk elements in order to reduce three risk sources.Third,pre-alarming and monitoring recommendation of PDH equipment hoisting risk is presented in order to promote risk management level of the large-scale equipment hoisting engineering and minimize the risk occurrence possibility.
