The Study Of Community Commercial Space Planning On The Concept Of The Block System

For a long time,the main form of residential planning in our country is the system of community,which has strong sealing and self-integrity characteristics.It has produced many problems of life and social problems such as space isolation,loss of street vitality,inefficient use of public resources,The urban landscape convergence,this model is difficult to meet the current needs of the daily needs of residents,no longer adapt to the current urban development trends.In the early years of 2016,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,"Several Opinions on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction",put forward the "street system",hoping to provide people with free and convenient to enjoy the comfortable and pleasant urban space,and try to solve the urban system problem.This paper takes the community commercial space as the research object,and discusses the influence of the two kinds of living modes on the commercial space of the community with the community layout of the community under the two residential schemes.Firstly,this paper summarizes the characteristics of living space in the community model,discusses the community business type under the community model,and analyzes the advantages and existing problems of community commercial space under the community model.Secondly,the author deeply studies the connotation of the concept of the street system,and puts forward the influence and spatial characteristics of the community scale,the space openness and the mixed land use in the community commercial layout on the basis of the analysis of the influence of the residential mode on the commercial space of the community.Finally,through the investigation of the status quo of the commercial space of three typical communities in Zhengdong New District,the status quo of the commercial space of Zhengdong New District is evaluated.On the basis of the analysis of the existing problems,it is put forward that the community business in Zhengdong New District Spatial optimization strategy.This paper tries to provide a possible way for the realization of urban space in the study of urban space through the discussion of land use,commercial development mode,commercial space layout and commercial space environment in community commercial space.
