Tianjin is involved in the poorest water shortage cities in China,which have the poorest water resource per capita in China.Water resources shortage has became a serious bottleneck problem that restrict the sustainable development of social economy in Tianjin.To ensure the city to keep effective and rapid economic development,under full consideration of the total water control,water use efficiency control,water pollutant limits functional area capabilities "three red lines" basis,based on local water conditions,overview output water,surface water,groundwater,desalination and recycled water and other sources,carrying out a strategic study of urban water supply,allocate scientifically and efficiently use water resources are very necessary.The main contents are as follows:(1)Summarize the basic water conditions,facing situation,achievements of Tianjin,and systematically introduce the status and problems of urban water supply.(2)Use a variety of methods to predict the municipal,industrial,construction and ecological water consumption of Tianjin in 2020.Through comparing of a serious analysis,get methods of a practical prediction of Tianjin.(3)Analyze and calculate the water supply volume,combined with predicting the water demand and the reasonable allocation of water resources to get supply and demand balance of water resources.(4)According to the regional allocation of water resources,combined with the actual situation of water plant,propose the construction scale of regional water plant.(5)Comprehensively study the risk and problem water supply system may face,and propose specific measures.This paper is based on the water resources gazette every year and the water-related implemented planning in Tianjin,used detailed and reliable data.The water amount prediction and analysis of available water supply is comprehensive and thorough,the water plant size and layout is rational and efficient.In the future,to carry out the relevant departments involved urban water-related work in Tianjin,to provide some decision-making value of reference,this paper can provide a strong practicability.
