At present,the social economy develops faster and faster,as an important production factor,facing the demand pressures of water resource are becoming increasingly prominent.In order to solve the contradiction of supply and demand relationship between human and water resources,according to the regional water supply situation,ecological and environmental water requirement,build the optimize configuration model,to achieve the goal of reasonable deployment of water resources and to achieve the purpose of promoting economic development.JiNan,as the famous"spring city",not only belongs to water shortage area in geographical position,but also reliances on water resources is relatively high in the economic development.The project of Five Reservoirs Connected as an important project of JiNan water supply system,study its relationship between water demand and water supply,to realize the reasonable optimization allocation of water resources in JiNan area,to adapt itself to the requirements of JiNan city development is very necessary.The research contents,research methods and research results of this paper as follows:(1)Through the system research and the study from abroad and domestic of advanced theoretical and computational model in the ecological environmental water demand and multiple water resources optimal allocation,comparison of advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign research,in combination with the practical situation of JiNan area,focusing on the calculation and analysis of the reservoir ecological environment water demand and water supply of JinNan water source.On this basis,research how to allocate resources to meet the demand of water,under different water frequency of WoHuShan reservoirs and JinXiuChuan reservoir.(2)Analysis the supply water resources of research area,focus to research the surface water(reservoir)of research area for analysis of the supply water resources,employ sequence trend analysis,when WoHuShan reservoir and JinXuChuan reservoir under the significant level,calculate out the annual runoff series no obvious trend;Using hydrologic frequency analysis software,according to the reservoir annual runoff series,obtained WoHuShan reservoirs and JinXiuChuan reservoir under different frequency of annual runoff,provided a basis for research the further optimizing the allocation of water resources.(3)Through combining the traditional economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits,create a configuration model of water resources system,in order to obtain the economic benefit maximum and minimum total water deficit in the water resources system,mainly established two kinds of water resources optimal allocation model,it also need to consider the influence of the factors contains the economic level,social level,natural ecological and so on,calculated under the constraint of the reservoir of water balance,reservoir capacity constraints,and water supply reliability of the user comprehensive analysis water demand of the city water demand?agricultural water and so on,and water supply of WoHuShan reservoir?JiXiuChuan reservoir and so on,determine the water resources allocation scheme under different water frequency.
