Research On Strategies Of Sponge-city-oriented Block Urban Design

With the rapid development of urbanization,the increasingly acute contradictions between the cities,architecture and environment.Many urban designers are no longer faced with a single problem of urban beautification and construction,but the problems of urban organic development.Dealing with the problem of urban space environment is gradually becoming one of the ultimate and the most challenging issues which is the city facing.In recent years,with the excessive spread of urban construction areas and ecological environment is becoming more and more serious,block urban design has gradually attracted attention.In the traditional sense of the block urban design frequently focus on the area of cultural heritage,business services,tourism development and so on,lack of attention to the block natural hydrological process,leading to many urban areas of water ecological environment deteriorating.Sponge city construction as the important way to solve the problem of urban rain flood,to optimize the city all kinds of related elements of the system,help to create the high quality of the urban space environment.From the perspective of middle and micro,taking block urban for research objects,briefly combed the development situation,existing problems of sponge city in China and some relevant theories and practice cases at home and abroad,summed up the importance of block urban design in sponge city construction.Secondly,analyzes the core concept of block urban design,and summarizes the role of block urban design in the sponge city by analyzing the means and the methods of block urban design.Finally,on the basis of the theoretical summary and the case study,put forward the sponge-city-oriented block urban design strategies.The thesis consists of six chapters:Chapter 1 This chapter introduces the background,purpose and significance,explains the relevant concepts,clarifies the research methods,constructs the research framework of the thesis,lay a foundation for expansion of the paper.Chapter 2 This chapter makes a deep analysis on the correlative theories research of sponge city at home and abroad as well as the problem,which existing in the construction of sponge city in China.Secondly,selecting four excellent cases of sponge city construction,analyzes the various methods and strategies of the combination of low-impact development from the urban design level,summarizes and refines its successful experiences.Chapter 3 This chapter firstly combs the development trend of block urban design in the study of urban environmental ecology,summarizes the basic connotation of block urban design.Secondly,analyzing the component parts of block urban space design related to sponge city,and the urban design of sponge city.The means and methods of the process and the role of the neighborhood city design in the sponge city,and the combination of the link,laying the foundation for the next chapter.Chapter 4 This chapter mainly studies the connotation,main features,objectives and basic principles of the block urban design,building the block urban design system based on sponge city.Proposed the sponge city need to adjust the content of the blocks in the construction of urban design and build the sponge-city-oriented block urban design system,supported by the foundation of this paper for the design strategy implementation.Chapter 5 This chapter is the main body of this thesis,based on the analysis of theoretical summary and practical cases,Put forward the sponge-city-oriented block urban design strategies,including the urban design strategy of block urban water space,block greening system,road traffic,block open space and the management strategy of block urban design implementation.Chapter 6 This chapter is the conclusion to the thesis,which come to the conclusion that block urban design of guiding sponge city will serves as the future direction of sustainable development of human settlements.Secondly,making a reflection on the shortcomings and looking to the future development of the thesis.
