A Integrated Study On The Urban Development In Deqiiincounty,Diqing State Based On The Concept Of Sponge City

In the process of urbanization,all kinds of urban problems are highlighted,and the overall development of the city is out of balance.With the extensive use of modern reinforced concrete and other building materials,the road surface of the city harms and the water seepage capacity weakens.In recent years,many cities in China have suffered frequent waterlogging disasters which threatening the safety of people’s lives and property,and the imbalance of urban water ecosystem.The contemporary urban planning and management have gradually realized that,To alleviate the phenomenon of waterlogging can not only start from the end of disaster management,the concept of sponge city came into being,emphasizing the low impact of the development and construction model has become the inevitable trend of the times.Using the concept of sponge city for reference,maintaining the ecological self-circulation ability of the city has become the key factor in the development of modern cities,and its application field is not limited to the level of urban rain flood management,the acceleration of urbanization,traffic congestion,air pollution,and so on.Urban diseases,such as resource shortages,have resulted in urban integrity disorders,just as sponge absorbs saturated water and lost the elasticity of water environment control.The functions of elastic adsorption and self-regulation of sponge cities can effectively guide modern urban construction and management activities.The development process should reasonably control the scale and maintain the appropriate spatial scale in order to minimize the impact on the urban ecosystem.From the perspective of sponge city concept,this paper selects Deqin County,Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province as the research object,and deeply analyzes the objective natural constraints of urban development.Deqin County has a high sensitivity to the ecological environment,frequent landslides and debris flows,and serious soil and water loss.The special geographical conditions in the core hinterland of the World Natural Heritage Reserve along the three rivers make the urban construction of Deqin County face greater challenges and explore a reasonableway to develop on a moderate scale.Carry out scientific management to promote the organic integration of urban development and ecological environment.The limitations of the natural environment,such as the carrying capacity of the sponge water absorption,require the city to strictly control its own size and capacity.Using the concept of the sponge city,the ecological landscape protection requirements of the three rivers and the world natural heritage reserves are met.Deepening the construction of urban infrastructure,vigorously developing the economy,improving the level of public services,and properly handling the relationship between urban development and environmental protection.At the same time,during the development of villages and towns in Deqin County,the water absorption unit function of sponge organizations will be brought into full play.With the rational and effective division of functions to achieve the overall coordination of urban functions,effectively enhance the disaster response capacity,highlight the characteristics of Tibetan plateau.
