Research On The Reconstruction And Renewal Design Of Old Industrial Block Under The Concept Of Sponge

In recent years,under the adjustment of industrial structure,more attention have been paid to the update of the old industrial streets.Because of the serious environment issues and the similarity of city,the updating of the old industrial streets is a good way to meet the requirement of the sustainable development.Also,it makes contributions to continuing the city's memory.Nowadays,the traditional ways to rebuild the old industrial streets are more focusing on cultural heritage,commercial services,tourism management,energy conservation and emission reduction of old industrial buildings.This method is not thinking about the relationship of rainwater,landscape and environment,resulting in a lot of problems in the old industrial streets.We can found that there is a large amount of unpermeable surface in there and a large amount of surface runoff is formed when the rain is falling.The consequence is waterlogging and area-source pollution.Sponge city technology as an effective way to solve the rain problems can better coordinate the relationships of the elements in the old industrial districts.It has important implication on the improvement of the environmental quality in the old industrial streets.Based on the reform mode of urban landscape park,this paper explores the road of the transformation of sponge city in the old industrial streets.First of all,depend on the research's background,purpose,significance,methods and the old industrial district reconstruction at home and abroad,we should have a deep analysis on the situation.Secondly,through the analysis of the concept of sponge city,the transformation mode of the old industrial block and the basic theory,we can find a fitting point of sponge city and old industrial block.Under the idea of sponge city,we make an analysis of the technology and prepare for the the use of sponge city technology.Then,based on the transformation mode,we have a research about the application of the the sponge city technology in the old industrial streets from the goal,principle,strategy,design.Finally,through the investigation of ZhuzhouBaishigang old industrial district,we explore how to find the way about the transformation and renewal of the old industrial block.To sum up,based on the combination of theory and practice,a systematic study is carried out on the renovation of the old industrial districts under the concept of sponge city.We have some new ideas about it.There are some innovation points here.Firstly,the major goal of solving the old industrial block's problems is the environmental problem from the developing of china's cities.Depending on the concept of sponge city,the old industrial streets become a city sponge with the function of "absorbing,storing and releasing".Then,In the application of the sponge city technology in the old industrial block,we use the landscape system of rainwater.They are source control,intermediate transmission,end-using.
