| At present,China is in a stage of rapid development of urbanization."The national new urbanization plan " and "The 13 th Five-year plan" put forward one development goals of recent construction,aiming to promote around 100 million agricultural population settled in the town.With the increase of urban population,the decrease of rural population becomes inevitable,shrinkage construction mode will become a long-term development state in country.The development of Southern Jiangsu rural areas is early and fast.It is a model for the development of rural areas in our country,but space contraction still exists at there.Basis on the shrinkage tendency of policy and the reality of population reduction,a certain theoretical reference to guiding space development in Southern Jiangsu rural areas is necessary.So it has the practical significance to research the transformation of Southern Jiangsu rural space in the perspective of smart shrinkage.This article summarizes the problem,analysis the reason,then puts forward the strategy by way of a range of document analysis and empirical research.It can provides decision-making basis and theoretical support to rural planning in southern Jiangsu and at the same time,to provides reference for rural transformation and development in other areas.First of all,this paper makes an analysis of the relevant theoretical research on smart shrinkage,and puts forward the connotation,measures and objects of the rural smart shrinkage.Secondly,this paper analysis the evolution of rural spatial development in South of Jiangsu,summarizes the factors and evolution characteristics of its influence.Based on the statistical analysis of the South of Jiangsu area in 14 villages of 280 questionnaires,it explores the problem of rural space contraction in South of Jiangsu from four aspects of contraction principle,contraction process,security mechanism and stock land renewal.Thirdly,this paper combines the theory of smart contraction with the development needs of rural space in South of Jiangsu,and discusses the optimization trend of rural space in South of Jiangsu in the perspective of smart shrinkage.Based on the current situation,this paper puts forward four development strategies: "moderate amount of contraction principle","flexible coordination contraction mechanism","The security mechanism of multilateral cooperation" and "stock land renewal".According to local conditions,dividing the contracted villages into "moderate growth,maintain stability and merge contraction" three different and focused development mode.Lastly,it applies the research results into the space development of Qixin Village,Zhenze Town,Wujiang District,Suzhoucity. |
