The Plant Management Of Literati Paintings In Ming Dynasty

Literati painting is a unique style of Chinese painting art which is a comprehensive art of poetry,painting and calligraphy and has a relatively independent aesthetic value.Literati painting and landscape architecture have inextricably linked during the thousands of cultural accumulation in China.They have great commonality in the aspects of the identity of creators,the creative thought and the technique,and the aesthetic philosophy of literati painting constitutes the artistic conception of landscape architecture.The plants of landscape architecture are an important carrier to expressing ideas and emotions of the creators,which also reflecting their spiritual life.However,by the influence of international design,there are many drawbacks in the model design which in the Chinese landscape architecture,which makes the garden style monotonous and losses the traditional plant spirit.It is theoretical and practical significance to study the way of plant management in literati painting and to explore the traditional plant culture and guide the construction of modern landscape architecture.In this essay,which selects the representative elements of the Wu School in the Ming Dynasty,Shen Zhou,Wen Zhengming,Tang Yin and Qiuying,as the research scope,and extracts the plant elements in the paintings as the main research object.Then discuss the mode of the plants in the literati painting by analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of the plants in the related paintings.The main researches are as followings:Firstly,define the concept of literati painting,which discusses the characteristics of literati painting,the foundation of philosophy and its relationship with landscape architecture,and comb the development of literati painting,which focus more on the elaboration of Wu School in the Ming Dynasty.Secondly,divide the collecting paintings into three categories,macro,meso and micro,which according the different description of the scenes.And analysis specifically about the management techniques and characteristics of the painting and sum up the choices when the creators draw a literati painting.Thirdly,explore the revelation of the plant management in the literati painting to the modern landscape architecture,and put forward the corresponding enlightenment and application from the level of the planning of plant landscape,the configuration of garden plant,the garden and the small environment plant design.Finally,explain the embodiment about the plant management in the landscape design of the plant by analyzing the design of plant landscape design in Changde Park,which located in the garden show park in Wuhan.The purpose of my essay is providing a feasible research direction for the landscape design of modern landscape architecture in China,which based on the aim of inheriting the traditional culture.
