Study Of Optimized Maintenance Strategy Of Transformer Based On Condition Evaluation Data

Transformer plays an important part in rising and falling voltage and allocating electric energy.If the transformer breaks down,it will cost lots of time and effort maintain,which will bring lots of damage.In addition,with the improvement of voltage classes and the capacity of power grid,the operation and maintenance level of transformer is also improving continually.So the ancient planned maintenance is out of the development of power grid,the condition based maintenance emerges at the right moment.The condition based maintenance is testing the state parameter that reflects the operation condition of transformer,then evaluating the parameter and making decision based on the evaluating results and at last carrying out the maintenance strategy based on the decision.This paper studied the optimizing maintenance strategy of oil-immersed transformer based on the condition based maintenance of State Grid,then it verified the method through analyzing the maintenance of transformer in Cangzhou power grid,and analyzed the difference between fieldwork and the regulation.Firstly,this paper analyzed the principles and workflow of condition based maintenance system in state grid.The system indicates that the focus of condition based maintenance is condition evaluation part,maintenance decision and maintenance implementation,it also points out that a reliable and accurate condition evaluation is the foundation of maintenance implementation.Secondly,based on the condition based maintenance system of state grid,this paper adopted mark-reducing method to evaluate components of oil-immersed transformer,then it evaluated the transformer based on the evaluating results and making the maintenance strategy and optimizing the maintenance strategy based on opportunistic maintenance.At last,the paper made practical application analysis of the transformer condition based maintenance in Cang zhou.it evaluated the failure in Linhai station on August 4,2015 and interacted with attentive condition in October 2014,which saved the maintenance cost and improved power distribution reliability.
