Research And Application Of The Condition Maintenance Technology On Electric Power Transformers

Power transformer is one of the most important and expensive power equipment. The quality of transformer operation impact on the safety and reliability of grid operation. From the foreign transformer maintenance mode, the transformer condition based maintenance has become an inevitable trend of transformer maintenance.This paper analyzes and summarizes the current domestic and international status of power transformer condition based maintenance technology,researches the technology of transformer online monitoring and energized test. Analysis of the main factors affecting the transformer transformer risk assessment, risk evaluation model is built. Put forward the framework and function of condition based maintenance system of transformer. Combined with practical work, through multiple transformer maintenance case, proves theapplication results of the transformer condition based maintenance technology.
