Traditional coal-fired power plants are often known as the main source of atmospheric pollutants,but as the country to coal-fired power plants as increasing point for the control of air pollution,especially the recent transformation and upgrading of the coal and electricity energy conservation and emissions reduction action plan,to the coal-fired power plant has made a great challenge,advocate ultra clean emissions coal-fired unit technical transformation,has become an important way of survival and development of coal industry.Promote coal ultra clean emissions technology,provides a new direction for coal green development.Depth reduction in engineering technical route,there are mainly based on the concept of governance at the end of the pollutants of ultra-low emissions transformation technical route,and the concept of coordinated control based on pollutant ultra-low emissions technology reform route.The first technique route is mainly in the desulfurization tower after add wet electric device.The second kind of technical route is considered for electric dust remover and desulfurization tower as a whole,combined with the upgrade,so as to realize the goal of collaborative removal dust.Through SCR denitration system,low temperature electric(hereinafter referred to as the electric),the desulfurization absorption tower system,wet electric dust(wet),pipe GGH equipment improvement flue gas heater,etc.This paper studied the modification of jiaxing depth reduction of 1000 MW,through to the unit transformation of pollutants after data analysis,evaluation of a 1000 MW coal-fired unit flue gas emissions to gas gas set emissions standards,emissions of nitrogen oxides,detect the full time control under 50mg/Nm3.Through the analysis of the emission of pollutants under different conditions,find the problems existing in the practical engineering problems,(such as the denitration reaction time is not perfect)to design the effects of the reduction in order to further optimize reform provides new ideas for development.
