During the first decade of 21 th century,China ’s coal-fired power plants air pollutant emission has been reduced a lot,since the emission of SO2 and NOx and other air pollutants have been effectively controlled,power generation enterprises has to pay a lot to build and operate the FGD system,it’s getting harder and harder for power generation enterprises to guarantee the profit as they expected.In order to promote the control of air pollution and to improve the enthusiasm of the power plant to reduce the level of air pollutant emissions,a number of ultra-low emissions policy associated with the electricity price subsidies and China’s most stringent emission standards has been released in recent years.Under the time background mentioned in the preceding article,it’s necessary to research on the electrical design of power plant desulfurization and dust removal and control system.Under the time background of ultra-low emissions of coal-fired generating units,the main contents of this paper include the following parts:1)This paper first summarizes the mechanism,applicable scope and advantages and disadvantages of various desulfurization methods which have been developed in the world at present.2)Based on the comparison of various desulfurization methods,this paper focused on the introduction of the wet flue gas desulfurization process route.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of wet flue gas desulfurization process characteristics,the system control mode and electrical system design are studied,at the same time this paper introduces the advantages and characteristics of DCS applied in the control of wet flue gas desulfurization system.3)On the basis of the above research,this paper chooses the ultra-low-emission desulfurization technology route for the actual situation of the ultra-low emission and transformation project of Jiangsu Xu Kuang Comprehensive Utilization Power Generation Co.,Ltd.According to the characteristics of desulphurization process,this paper discusses the design of distribution system and control system,and gives the design with high reliability and economy.Based on the research on the electrical design of power plant desulfurization and dust removal and control system in this paper,ultra-low-emission projects for coal-fired power plants in the future can be optimized in the design phase for the electrical system and control system of the desulfurization system,under the premise of ensuring the reliable operation of desulfurization system,enterprises can reduce the initial investment and operating costs...
