Research On Safety And Risk Warning Of The High-Speed Railway Signal System

The substantial increase of the speed of high-speed trains greatly demonstrated the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength and the progress of science and technology.However,with this improvement,the security risk grown into geometric level.Since the twenty-first century,the conceptions of railway signal systemhave changed significantly in many fields in our country.These reforms not only led to the change of signal system on the one hand,but also resulted in the connection of the signal system and the technology included communication,digitization and informatization.Based on the study of risk management at home and abroad,this paper makes a deep analysis on the risk source ofChina’s high-speed railway signaling system,summarizes the causes of safety accidentsfrom the technical level and management level.The paper designs the risk early warning system which includes risk information subsystem,safety evaluation subsystem,the early warning discriminant subsystem and strategies subsystem for high-speed railway signal systemaccording to the theory of high speed railway signal system risk.In the safety evaluation subsystem,risk information subsystem attempt with the help of a comprehensive evaluation model and analytic hierarchy process to determine the current security situation in railway signal system and calculate the safety state.In the early warning discriminant subsystem,the article uses the grey prediction method to predict the security situation in the future with the help of related experts experience and ability.Finally,this paper adopts microcomputer automatic block system between station as an example to use the early warning system in the safety management work combined with the actual operation situation.It also gives four suggesting to solve the problem of risk.
