Design Of Traffic Dispatching Risk Warning System For High Speed Railway

High-speed railway dispatching system is the core system of high-speed railway system,responsible for managing and controlling daily train operations and rail traffic activities.In order to evaluate the system’s safety performance,highly active and reliability.To this end,this thesis focuses on construction of High-speed railway dispatching risk warning system.High-speed railway dispatching risk warning system design is mainly around collection of literature,theory summary,system analysis,theoretical framework,rough set theory and method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation etc.Firstly,based on documentation,the thesis analyzes the system in detail including structure,function.Moreover,theory of risk warning system and risk management are analyzed in detail.And on this basis,Combining with the goal of comprehensive integration of high-speed railway dispatching system’s construction,analyze the high-speed railway dispatching system’s risk information demand,risk assessment requirements and risk warning discriminant demand.Secondly,proceeding from the requirement of High-speed railway dispatching risk warning system,the thesis carries out detailed analyze of High-speed railway dispatching risk warning system’s function,states that the system have monitor function,recognition function,evaluating function,discriminant function,decision function.After that,on the basis of typical incidents during 2009-2012 of Chinese high-speed railway history,identifying the risk indicators and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on rough sets to evaluate the risk indicators.In this process,using Rosetta to reduce the indicators,applying rough set to calculate the weight of the indicators and establish the membership function,and adopting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the indicators and classify the risk grade.In addition,the thesis puts forward some suggests about how to avoid the risks,how to control the risks.Finally,according to the analysis of theoretical framework and the design idea of the risk warning system,we knew High-speed railway dispatching risk warning system is composed of the risk warning information subsystem,the risk warning identification subsystem,the risk warning evaluation subsystem,the risk warning discrimination subsystem and the risk warning decision subsystem.After that,the thesis carries out a comprehensive analysis of every subsystem.
