The dispatching system of high-speed railway is the central nervous system of transportation organization,it is of great significance to do some research on the early warning technology of dispatching resources and design its corresponding system.The method of early warning grades divided is put forward,which is important to improve the dispatching efficiency,as well as speed up the implementation of intelligence and automation of dispatching.First of all,based on the analysis of high-speed railway dispatching resources feathered by both finiteness and exclusivity.The four kinds of core resources are the focus,including segment blockages,station berth,EMU and crew.Then,resource utilization conflicts are taken into further study.On one hand,the judgement criteria of the four kind conflicts is introduced.On the other hand,corresponding judgement algorithms and processes are put forwards,and the spatiotemporal topological relations matrix model is built to judge conflicts effectively.On the basis of resource utilization conflict analysis,focus on the four resource utilization conflicts,the overall process is designed and the overall method of grade divided comes up.According that it is necessary or not to adjust the resource utilization plan and the train diagram,the early warning are divided into three grades,namely grade ?,grade ? and grade ?,respectively shown as blue,yellow and red.And the early warning process and grades of the four kinds of resource utilization conflicts are analyzed in detail.Afterwards,the berth is taken as an example to do the quantitative analysis,which verifies the validity of the berth conflict early warning.Finally,based on the system functional requirement analysis,the system architecture and data structure,the dispatching command resources' early warning conceptual system of high-speed railway is established.The goal is to realize resource utilization conflict prediction and early warning,as well as decision-making assist.
