Research On The Quality Management Of An Intelligent Hotel Project

The building construction quality,the relationship between people's life safety and social stability,so in the implementation process to strict quality control,and quality management is a key factor in determining the quality of the construction,the engineering quality management is to ensure the quality of construction.This paper introduces some quality management problems in the intelligent project management of a hotel.In this paper,the project quality management total quality management theory in the whole process of the application,by controlling the preparation stage,to solve the problems existing in the management,process control and quality control is completed,adopting the method of factor analysis,analysis of the factors influencing the quality of the project mainly includes: Personnel,materials,construction methods and environment.Analyze and solve the quality factors by PDCA cycle method.In the process of project quality management,the establishment of a scientific and effective organization to achieve efficient management of materials,improve the utilization of materials;improve the construction methods,improve the efficiency of the work of the construction of the environment.Finally,the project meets the requirements of the contract,to achieve the goal of value-added projects.The research on the quality management of hotel intelligent projects can provide guidance and reference for similar projects in the future.
